Be sure to check with your leasing office (if applicable), with a neighbor to see if they signed for you, and in various places on your porch/doorway.
If you have received a delivery confirmation, but did not received your package, please contact Client Services within 48 hours from the delivery date and include your full name, address, order number, and tracking number in the body of the email.
Once this information is received we will initiate an investigation with USPS. Please allow 10 (fourteen) business days to complete this at which point, we will either refund you in full or ship you a new order.
